Updated Market Rent Statistics

Market Rent Statistics: 1 July - 31 December 2021

The latest market rent statistics are now available.

The default market rent area displayed is based on your IP address. To change the area displayed, type the area you're wanting into the ‘Find the market rent in your area’ field, and then click on ‘Find rent’.

The market rent tool is updated monthly and contains bond information from the previous six months (not including the most recent month). For example, this update in February does not include January's data.

This data is updated monthly and contains bond information from the previous six months (not including the most recent month). For example, the update in July will include bond information from 1 December – 31 May.

It is a useful guide for landlords and tenants but should not be used alone to determine the market rent of any property.

The total bond in the green box above includes all bonds. The 'active bonds' column of the data for each dwelling type below includes all current bonds for the six month time period.
